How to get through exams successfully/ my way

How to get through the exams:
When I have upcoming exams here are a few of my tips on how to relax, remember, and revise:

I love to have a full bubble bath with some of my favourite bath products just to destress and be relaxed for any exams that are upcoming. I also find a relaxing face mask really helpful as well because my spots are one less worry when I use a face mask and the one below I really recommend

Another way I like to relax is to do some exercise in my break even if it's just a little bit it does increase bloodflow to the brain centres in turn help you remember

Also apparently flavoured gum which I now use is supposedly meant to help you remember,her things if you chew it whilst you are revising that certain topic.

When I revise and I like to keep a clear space have good lighting have no distractions and also when it comes to music I only listen to the songs that I either don't know or have no lyrics so this will prevent distractions

I also had to take frequent breaks and I'm trying to remember long piece of text because I feel like this or help me absorbed more information. Also don't have too long breaks try to do something productive rather than just watching TV because then your brain won't absorb as much information as it could
Also turning any social media off really helps me revise, because you don't get distracted by your phone going off or whose just updated there status or whose just tweeted because if you do have your phone on I find that I get so distracted.

 Also I try to wake up early and do all my jobs before hand so I have nothing on my mind before revise. I like to stay hydrated whilst I'm revising because this increases your concentration
There are also a bunch of apps that I use to help me study, they are all really useful
