Highstreet Home Decor | Anthropologie

Seeing as this is my most popular post ever on this blog I thought I would redo with a few tweaks. First of all this is more of an accessory type post rather than really large expensive products  (i.e. more affordable)! And this is a different shop which I have selected these little gems called Anthropologie. I am sure you have heard of it, put if you haven't it's mainly an online store but when I googled it a shop also has opened. LETS GET STARTED!
(if you click on the images it should take you to the item)

!ALL IMAGES ARE FROM THE ANTHROPLOGIE WEBSITE!

1. Molly Hatch Crowned Leaf Rolling Pin

I fell in love with this rolling pin (never thought i'd say that) as soon as I saw it. I love the pattern and design and the words 'Hello There' make it seem more comforting. I feel like this would last me a lifetime and beyond.
Price: £18

2. Painted Amaryllis Butter Dish

If you know me well you know I like to buy pointless tat, but this is beautiful tat. To be honest if I bought this I would not use it or let anyone touch it. Its too beautiful and delicate to have butter shoved in it.
Price: £14

3. Monogrammed Mug

There's not much to say about this mug. It's just pretty, and a thoughtful gift for any gender. I love the style and shape of the mug, however the handle is very small. I do have nimble fingers though and the tiny handle will stop my dad trying to nick it!
Price: £6 Decent!

4. Celestial Coaster

If these are not the nicest coasters you have seen in your whole life then... urghhhh! These are so beautiful, when I am older I will own these. All of them! They're just so darn cute I love them!!!! With 195 reviews it's overall rating is 5 stars so worth the money!
Rant over...
Price: £8

5. Library Letters

These are incredible. They are so versatile. In a children's bedroom or on a bookshelf itself they will look so stunning everywhere around the room. I love reading but I never buy new books, just read the same ones over and over again. I feel like these letter would encourage me to start buying more books as weird as that sounds.
Price: £10.95

So that's it. My hypothetical haul from Anthropologie. I hope you enjoyed.

My life is...

Exams have taken over my life. No joking about here, they have. Sorry I haven't been posting recently but thats the harsh reality of my life. Trial exams, real exams, tests and homework are what I do all day every day. Gone are the days were I had bundles of free time that I could fill myself by watching tv or playing outside.

I really wanted to do some festive posts on baking and how I decorated for the festive season but I had no time. The only days I have had a rest was on Christmas Eve and the big day itself. And I'm sure all of you would understand that I wanted to spend that time with my family.

If you guys would like to a see a late 'What I Got For Christmas' comment below. Also speaking of comments answer the picture if you want. Is your life fun, exciting or dull like mine. No one will judge and if it is dull then I feel you.

Sorry, I know this blog needs some TLC but I have GCSE's in less than 5 months and I am sure you can all appreciate how hard that is. My life is being consumed by exams....

Thanks for understanding! Don't forget to follow if you want to be updated when I post 'What I Got For Christmas' if you guys want to see it.

Sorry for the short post...

Hugs,

Be Who You Want To Be!

I am in College, not University, College. I am confident and I am myself most of the time. I dont tend to care what people think of me and I don't think you should either. Just be yourself. Don't let anyone put you down, don't let grades define you and most importantly don't change yourself for anyone. If someone wants you to change f**k them. Tell them to stick their ideas where the sun don't shine. Now this doesn't mean you can't compromise because compromising always makes a relationship stronger wether it is a loving/friendship relationship.

Now here's 2 things that I did this week that showed people that I did not care what they thought:

1) Did not wear makeup to college this week. I don;t care if people think I look 'ugly' without makeup. My skin needed to breathe so I let it. I don't care if people think I don't try hard to look nice. I really just want to be comfortable in my own body.

2) I talked smack in front a popular boy about him. There's a little gang in my class and they were being really stupid, so I turned to my friend and pointed this out and she agreed. He heard and I knew it but he daren't confront me. I don't think any girl has ever told him the truth and I shocked him. GO SISTA!

So here's the low down don't care what people think of you... JUST BE YOURSELF ALL THE TIME. Now this is not me saying that you should not wear makeup and start talking smack about people in front of them. Just me saying go with the flow. Don't be afraid and always dive into the deep end

MillyBridals* Prom Dresses

This one is for all of you Prom Queens out there. Now this is the fourth instalment on the MillyBridal Dresses series. Like the first two I will be reviewing two beautiful dresses from the MillyBridal website. They will go from least expensive to most expensive. Hope you enjoy!

1.
Now this dress is business at the front, party at the back LITERALLY! I love this dress the colour makes it different from any other dress. It will really make you stand out. The high neck gives it a modest look as do the long transparent sleeves. The embellishment on the neck just gives it that extra sparkle as does the belt that just ties the whole dress together. However now onto the 'party in the back'

Now this is what I am talking about. This back is stunning, It really ties the whole dress together and gives it that ultra edgy feel. Now you can really hold back on accessories on this dress as there is enough on the front however some earrings would be nice. You can find this dress here

2.
This dress gives off some very classy vibes. The gold contrast with the black is absolutely stunning. Even better the gold is shiny. The side split gives it a very modern look as does the sweet heart neckline. I also like the part where the two main components of the dress meet as it gathered which gives it a very subtle elegant touch. I also like the fact that you don't really have to  accessorise like the previous dress as you could spend that money on a new pair of shoes for the dress (or save it but face it you'll go for the shoes)!. Overall I love this dress and I thought you would to thats why i put it in here. You can find this dress here

3.
Now I am not going to lie to you but this one is pricy. However if you have been saving for ages or willing to splash out then this is the perfect dress for you. Now i am going to start by saying that this dress is not appropriate for a Year 9 prom. I think this is more for a sixth form prom where everyone is going ALL out. The colour draws attention making you the centre of everything. The trail is absolutely gorgeous as it gives it a nice vintage vibe. However the cut of the dress brings it right back to the modern era. The one strap gives it a classy edge as does the neckline as it is not to low.
