ENGLAND IS FINALLY SUNNY! I crossed it out because I don't want to jinx it! Although we are getting the odd rainfall it still is looking promising. So I grabbed the oppurtunity to take some photos of the flowers (not that I have a lot in my back garden)!
Here are some of the shots I took with some odd captions!
(the best picture I took, lol)
(when the saturation is too high)
(wind chimes = spooky)
(such an interesting leaf)
So that's it guys - theres pt 1 of my summer photos (because I am limited to the amount of flowers I have in my back garden)! I am going to venture out though one day for the pt 2
So I bet some of you want to know what I am
doing after GCSE’s! Well its nothing as exciting as quitting school and moving
to some foreign country to get a job. Nope, it college! Now even I have gotten a little bit confused in the past, My school is called
a college (as in it has college in its name). However it goes from Year 10 to
13. So was I in college in Year 10 because I don’t think I was! Anyways, I moving up into Year 12 (Sixth Form) and I
am so damn excited to start A-Levels!
What have I chosen though!
So my initial options were: Chemistry,
Media, English Literature and something else ( I’ve forgotten). However during
my GCSE’s I took the opportunity to change.
I changed to: English Literature (my
favourie subject ever), History (I don’t even know why myself), Economics (I
kind of enjoy it) and Religion and Ethics (I actually enjoy this – even though
I got the lowest score in my class in my trials WHOOPS!
So that’s where I am heading after the
summer. To the same school, where I’ll see the same teachers and live pretty
much the same life! However everything could change if I don’t get the grades I
need, or I don’t achieve the grade in a subject that I wanted to continue in
A-level.
I will of course tell you my grades,
because when I am an old lady I’ll back on that post and see what I felt
towards them! I cant wait to be honest. NEW VIDEO ALERT!
When I finished my exams, I was happy for
the next 30 minutes. No work, no responsibilities, great I know. Turns out it’s
a little anti-climatic. Yep, that how I felt. Weird, I know but when I went to
sleep last night I was thinking ‘What am I going to do!.’
However, I do have some things planned. I
am on a plane right now on my way to Mexico. I am also doing NCS this year! I
also plan to meet my two best friends. I might visit London as well and I might even do another ‘follow me’ vlog.
There are two things that I find hard about
making videos:
1.Getting good footage! I am so
out there in public normally I hardly care what people think about me! However whipping
a camera out and recording the surroundings seems so alien to me! I was in the
airport and there were so many cool things! However I didn’t get me camera out
because I was scared for many reasons. One of them being what would people
think of me!
2.Editing! Not the actual edit I
really enjoy that, it just making a decent length video. You see my music is 3
minutes and I would like a video to fill the whole lengthof the music. However, seeing as I am only
filming short clips and putting these in – plus editing these small clips makes
them even shorter. So far from 6:45am till 5:30pm I only have 32 seconds worth
of decent, edited footage!
I also plan on studying in the summer term
because I am so used to it and I want to do something that will actually
benefit me in the future. SWOT ALERT I KNOW! Trust me if you’ve done any final
exams and have a large summer break in front of you, you get me, If you haven’t
then you got all of this despair to look forward to (JUST KIDDING (i’m not though))
I am currently on a 9 hour plane on its way
to Mexico. I over some sort of sea between London and Cancun (I took GCSE
Geography as well, bad I know right)! ITS
ATLANTIC I JUST CHECKED THE MOVING MAP! I
have just watched joy the movie and I can honestly say watching it at whatever
many miles above the ground I cried, laughed and felt all the emotions
possible. I defo recommend it to any J-Law fan. Also whilst on this plane
squished in between my dad and brother I have been editing my NEW VIDEO!
Exciting!! It’ll hopefully be up soon if it is go watch it. I leave that square
thingy that you can click below this.
ALSO BIG NEWS ALERT!
I FINISHED MY GCSES FINALLY! I know right,
that lasted ages. Physics was on Friday 17th and it was one of the
hardest exams I had done in that month. But when I walked out of that room I
had the biggest smile on my face. Straight after I saw my best friend and then
went home (EXCITING I KNOW!). Then it was straight in to town to pick up some
clothes for holiday! I was so tired but so excited at the same time, but then
it came to packing. When I was a child I used to love playing clothes Tetris in
my suitcase but as I have gotten older the excitement had unfortunately worn off.
It was so tedious, I also had to make sure that I had not forgotten something,
how stressful. My parents used to do all of the worrying when I was younger.
Anyways I guess this is another update post
on my life. As much as I love updating you guys on my life (I doubt most of you
actually care though), I really want to start posting more! Seeing as I have 10
weeks ofholidays in front of me I think
I can achieve that much. Now that I have actually got some alone time (5 hours
and 44 minutes left to be exact) with my computer and that I am secluded (its not
like I am going to jump of this bloody plane) I am going to write some more
blog posts just for the bank.
I am eternally greatful if you actually
made it to the end of this post!
As you can probably tell by the title I was in London for a couple of days. Nope I didn't go on a huge shopping spree that took me 3 days (I wish...)! No I went to Great Ormond Street, it a London hospital and I took some snaps on the way to show all of you lovely people! Enjoy
London St Pancras (yes some of Harry Potter was filmed here and yes I did have a tiny fan girl moment!)
'Medical equipment scares me why can't they have unicorns on' is what I would say if I was 5!
The view from my room, just a building really nothing interesting!
Our last night in the hotel we were going to get a takeaway but we got something far better...
...NANDO'S YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM (when I first took this photo the flash was on lucky nobody saw but I was still thinking 'what if someone saw me taking photos of a wooden chicken?' Embarrassed Face)
And I couldn't resist snapchatting it (or is it snapping) either way it was tasty
Sorry there were few photos but I did take enough photos of my travel kit and what's inside for a post so keep your eyes out for that one! Anyway I hope your are all doing well and thank you for all your well wishes (you're all so kind)! I feel privileged to be in such a close knit community!
Where did you go in the holidays?
Hugs,
Amber

As I mentioned in my previous post, I went on vacation last week! So looking at the pictures above can anyone guess where I went. It's a hot country but not one with palm trees and white sand beaches, it also has many animals, you can't go down a street without seeing a dog. The last time I went there was when I was one years old so this was basically my first time. If anyone guesses correctly I will be amazed! Write your thoughts in the comments and the answer will be in the next post!
Couldn't resist taken a shot of this, I may or may not have jumped in next to the mannequin. Mannequins rather scare me actually after that Doctor Who episode! Are any of you scared of mannequins or am I the only one...
I love this bird in a tea cup effect, mannequins can't keep out my photo. That's right I see that cheeky hand popping in! Anyway guys just thought I would share that with you. If you want to see even more of these than drop me a comment. I read every one and they mean so much when you give time and effort to leave one. Thanks friends.
So last weekend I went to a wedding in a castle. I went to explore and took some snaps on the way! Hope you enjoy! Sorry the pics are hazy the lighting messed them up and are taken with an iPhone.
Enjoy! Sorry there are lots!
Now the pictures got in a bit of a muddle. Here are the grounds, everything was so big!
I am not going to lie and say I didn't walk down this bit acting like a model on a runway! I couldn't resist!
Straight to the point caption: Pretty Flower
Vintage chair and tables
Another pretty flower!
There were lots of pretty flowers that I felt the need to take a pictures of!
Inside the Castle:
This light is my ultimate vintage light!
Runway walk again...
and again... there were lots of nicely decorated corridors! A girl can never resist and nicely decorated corridor!
Vintage Fireplace! Love it or Loathe it! Still not sure let me know down below in the comments your thoughts!
